Alan is the co-founder and Chairman of Kinsel Ameri Properties. The company develops and manages multi-family properties and assisted living facilities owned by affiliated companies. The Company has also developed condominium projects and single family homes. He has over 20 years of experience in the real estate development and management business having completed projects with a total value in excess of $500 million. Alan is a licensed real estate broker and general contractor in the State of Oregon.

Alan holds an AB from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
