Patrick spent nearly 26 years in the financial services industry, holding various executive level positions in retail and commercial banking, operations, technology and e-commerce. Patrick currently serves as CEO of Gila Corporation, a privately held firm specializing in outsourced collections, payments processing and call centers services for governmental entities and financial institutions nationwide.

For 13 years, Patrick was employed by KeyCorp and services as Presidnet of the Retail Bank, CEO or Key Electronic Services and Vice Chairman of KeyBank. Other assignments at KeyCorp included executive in charge of Call Centers, ATMs, Retail Operations, Consumer Product Management, Online Banking and Electronic Payments. Prior to his employment with KeyCorp, he was a senior executive with Fidelity Bank and First Fidelity Bancorporation, both now part of Wachovia Corporation. He has served as a director of Captaris since November 2003. Patrick also serves as a director of First Partners, Inc., the parent company of Gila Corporation.

Patrick holds a B.S. degree in marketing, with a minor in Spanish, and an M.B.A. degree in management, from Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
