Randy has been a leader in the electronic payments field for over a quarter-century. He led the development and installation Bank of America and First Interstate Bank in the US. As Senior Vice President for Corporate Electronic Products at First Interstate Bank, he took a minor function and built it into a national leader and one of the bank's most profitable business lines. As President, he built First Data Direct Banking into a leading provider of online financial services.

He has been a pioneer of ACH, EDI, debit and internet banking in the US. Randy serves as Chairman of Rules and Operations for the National Automated Clearing House Association, a member of the Master Card Commercial Products Steering Committee, the Visa ACHA Advisory Board and as a founding member of both the Bankers' EDI Council and the CommerceNet Steering Committee, the first effort by businesses to commercialize the Internet. His work as a Senior Consultant has taken him from Wells Fargo to setting up an electronic banking infrastructure for the Caribbean nation of Trinidad and Tobago. Randy has spoken at over 150 conferences in the U.S. and internationally on the business applications of technology in financial services.
