Tom Spitzer
CEO and President

Tom is co-founder and CEO responsible for the overall management of the company and investment capital. Prior to Tyfone, Tom was the Managing Principal of Summerville Advisors, a strategy consulting firm. He has extensive experience in working with senior management of financial institutions to provide alternative distribution and management strategies, strategic marketing initiatives, and M&A counsel. Prior to that Tom was a Managing Partner, Board Member, and co-developer of M Financial Group, a company with a distribution force made up of one hundred twenty firms and over $700 million in revenue. Tom served as a board member during the reorganization of SAIF, Oregon's state accident insurance fund. He has advised venture capital firms on both new ventures and portfolio companies and served as a Senior Advisor to National Financial Partners (NFP/NYSE). Tom is equally committed to the local community. He is on the board of Self Enhancement, Inc. and philanthropically involved in a number of organizations.

Tom is also a member of both the American and California Bar Associations. Tom is located in the US.
